Well, the hols draw to a close and autumn beckons, but OH what a glorious summer it was! While soaring temperatures took their toll and deepening drought looms large, we at Voices look to the immediate future rather than the dystopian nightmare that awaits further down the road, and we fully intend to make hay while the sun continues to shine benignly.
If you would like to shine with us, our next Jollyboys’ Outing is scheduled for Thursday September 10th at Charlie’s Angels’ Kitchens in Camden Road. We would love to see you (and hear you, if you want to take the floor and entertain us) there. For very complicated and tedious reasons we have eschewed the usual booking system this time out, so more than ever we would recommend a timely arrival to secure seating.
